Peer-led half-Day of practice
Saturday, April 19, 2025, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
This morning of meditation is an opportunity to set aside responsibilities and social engagements and enter into simplicity and practice. The half-day of practice will be held in noble silence and is peer-led.
We will follow a schedule of formal sitting and walking meditation. An optional gentle qigong will be offered. There will be time set aside at the end of the morning for group sharing.
Please join us in this community session, during which we will all support and reinforce each other's practice.
This event is facilitated by Dianna Crawford & Dennis Cutler.
