In-Person Event COVID Policy
For the safety of all, we will be following county, state, and federal (CDC) COVID-19 guidelines that are in place at that time, as well as the rules and protocols of the hosting facility, with the additional safety protocols:
COVID-19 vaccination / booster is no longer required to attend Insight San Diego events. Following CDC guidance, we recommend staying up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations.
Masks are optional for participants and teachers attending Insight San Diego events or retreats. If you choose to wear a mask, please bring your own. Anyone with respiratory or cold symptoms, such as coughing or sneezing, will need to wear a mask in public spaces for the protection and comfort of other participants.
Please do not attend any Insight San Diego event if you are feeling sick, have recently tested positive for COVID-19 and are in the Isolation period or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 10 days.
Windows and doors will be opened when possible to improve ventilation. Chairs and cushions will be placed to maintain physical distancing to the extent possible.
Proof of a negative COVID test prior to entering an Insight San Diego residential retreat is no longer required. In support of our culture of non-harming, self-testing is encouraged prior to arrival at a retreat.
3/6/2025 - Insight San Diego reserves to right to change this policy at its sole discretion.
