Acceptable Use Policy
The Insight San Diego (ISD) forums such as Google Groups and its website bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group are collectively our "Collaboration Services". You agree to use the Collaboration Services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Collaboration Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Collaboration Service, you will:
Keep your posts related to the forum's purpose or focus area;
Keep your writing style respectful and courteous;
Not use speech that threatens others or promotes or condones violence;
Not use speech that has the purpose of inciting hatred against an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization;
Not post content that is shocking or graphic without more context or commentary;
Not engage in Illegal Activities;
Not advertise goods or services; and
Adhere to limitations on usage, reproduction, and/or dissemination if you upload or download materials to the Collaboration Service.
Please use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Collaboration Services. ISD does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Collaboration Service and, therefore, ISD specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Collaboration Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Collaboration Service. Users are not authorized ISD spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of ISD.
ISD has no obligation to monitor the Collaboration Services. However, ISD reserves the right to review materials posted to a Collaboration Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. ISD reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Collaboration Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
To report content you suspect may violate this policy, use the form below to provide a copy of or a link to the posting. The more information provided about the content, the quicker we can investigate. If you believe that you are at imminent risk from violent threats or harassment, contact your local law enforcement immediately.
