Practice
Our Groups
Insight San Diego hosts a number of meditation and study groups. These groups are peer-led, meaning they are facilitated and organized by laypersons. The facilitator and group members collaboratively select study topics and work on other aspects of the group’s activities.
Groups are meeting virtually and some have in-person options. Refer to the individual group’s page for meeting information. Also, for in-person meetings, see our our COVID policy.

It is common for us to live our lives as if things will stay pretty much as they are. Facing the reality of the inevitability of death, and the strong probability of illness and the effects of aging, takes willingness and courage. This Affinity Group of spiritual friends can help us prepare for these aspects of our lives and learn to accept them.
