Insight San Diego Welcomes

Gullu Singh

Practice MeEtings

Summary: During his residency in San Diego, Gullu will meet in-person with individuals in private, 20-minute sessions or in small group sessions of 40 minutes with 4-6 participants.

This is a chance to discuss your mediation and daily life practice with Gullu and receive personal guidance and support. Many practitioners use this opportunity to have a more in-depth conversion with a teacher or to ask a question that might be uncomfortable to ask in a large group setting. The small group practice meetings allow each person in turn to have a conversation with Gullu and also to hear Gullu's responses to other people’s practice questions, which can be equally valuable.

Space is limited, so please don’t sign up for more than one session. In case the individual sessions are fully booked, please consider signing up for a small group as a substitute.

The practice meetings will be held in a shaded, backyard patio of a private home in University Heights, San Diego. You will receive a confirmation email which will include the location of your practice meeting.

In case you cannot attend a session for which you’ve signed up, please be sure to cancel via a button in the confirmation email you’ll receive after a sign-up.

This offering is part of Insight San Diego’s teacher-in-residence program with Gullu Singh.
