This is more placeholder text,  too. But it shows why it would be nice to have the weekly descriptions written ahead of time and that way we've kind of built a carousel of events... 

A Buddhist community - a Sangha - is not something one is merely born into or chooses to join, but something one is challenged to create. A Sangha provides a matrix of communal support for people to realize their commitment to a common vision or concern.  The Sangha-structures in Buddhism over the past 2,500 years have for the most part been monastic communities.

The Six Sense Spheres - Part 1

Joseph now moves on to the fifth aggregate, consciousness, that which simply knows. He emphasizes the conditioned nature of consciousness and instructs us in approaches to investigating consciousness. He points us to the ability to distinguish mind and materiality, even though inseparable. This insight is “the first deep, experiential understanding of anatta, or selflessness”.
