A Handful of Leaves

The Fourfold path to deeper happiness

October 2019

This class is full. Please sign up to receive notices about upcoming activities.

In this 5-week course we will examine one of the most essential teachings in all of Buddhism: the Four Noble Truths. As the point of departure for his teachings, the Buddha expounded these 4 principles, which lay the foundation for the practitioner to release suffering and experience lasting happiness. The Four Noble Truths can inform our intentions on the path and can serve as a container in which we hold our highest aspirations.
